1.1. This Returns Policy defines the conditions and procedures relating to the returns of products purchased on Milano Design srl (hereinafter "Milano Design") via B2B e-commerce.

2. General Returns Terms

2.1. Return Period: Buyers have the right to return the products purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

2.2. Product Condition: Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all accessories and original packaging.

2.3. Return Communication: To make a return, the buyer must communicate his intention to Milano Design within the indicated return period.

3. Return Procedure

3.1. Return Authorization: Before returning a product, the buyer must obtain return authorization from Milano Design. The request can be made by contacting our customer service.

3.2. Packaging: Products must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transportation. Milano Design will not be responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

3.3. Return Shipping: Detailed instructions for return shipping, including the address to which to send the products, will be provided at the time of authorization of the return.

4. Return Evaluation

4.1. Compliance: Milano Design will evaluate the conformity of the returned products with the return conditions. In the event of compliance, a refund or replacement will be issued, at the discretion of Milano Design.

4.2. Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to errors or defects attributable to Milano Design.

5. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products

5.1. Damaged Products: If a product is damaged upon delivery, the buyer must notify Milano Design of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5.2. Incorrect Products: In the case of sending incorrect products, the buyer is required to report it to Milano Design within 5 days of receiving the product.

6. Limitations on Returns Policy

6.1. Customizations: Personalized or made-to-order products may not be subject to return unless they have manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Milano Design.
